We’re partnering with the justice system to strengthen those reentering with their mental health and substance abuse while also focusing on crisis and trauma-focused programs and systems that will further strengthen an individual's ability to integrate back into the community. We’re equipping those with substance abuse and mental health issues and those re-entering the community with the skills and knowledge needed to help themselves and each other.
Counseling and therapy services: These services typically involve one-on-one sessions with a licensed mental health professional who can help individuals manage their mental health and substance abuse issues. They may use various evidence-based therapies and interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or motivational interviewing.
Support groups: Support groups are often led by peers and provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals to connect with others who are dealing with similar issues. They can be especially helpful for individuals who feel isolated or alone in their struggles.

Destined Path Community Services is a nonprofit organization that looks to empower individuals suffering from substance abuse and mental health needs and help those who were justice involved with re-entry assistance. We aim to bridge the gap and bring more awareness to individuals negatively affected by mental health, substance use, and the criminal justice system.
Our Vision
Destined Path Community Services is geared towards mental health and substance abuse counseling which are critical for supporting individuals in their journey toward recovery. We aspire to offer support, education, advocacy, and civic cognizance in which every person and their family impacted by those with substance abuse and mental health and re-entering the community can build better lives.
Our Services
Destined Path Community Services will provide outpatient and intensive outpatient treatment through individual and group settings. Groups will last one to three hours, including setting and obtaining goals, relapse prevention, and maintaining new and changing lifestyles. Groups will be offered at designated times throughout the day to provide access and reasonably accommodate member needs. Group members will participate in moderator-led groups in a voluntary nature. Members can attend groups that are cohesive to their current daily function needs. Destined Path Community Services seeks to aid persons throughout the stages of change.
